Fairly clean hotel with patient staff and excellent location adjacent to the " Areeiro " Metro station, restaurants and a supermarket and Sintra, Estoril, Cascais, and so on. A nice size and brand-new room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. A lot of options for breakfast, good yogurt and eggs...

after we complained about the bed, very friendly receptionist gave us another room. it had indeed two single beds and no double bed, they were so comfortable that we could sleep. bathroom was also of a reasonable size and shower worked wonderfully. personnel was generally quite friendly and responded to our wishes. for the really cheap price, hotel offers a functional accommodation in a very good location (subway and buses in front of the door, station to sintra 10 minutes away), one only has to be lucky to get a good room, as the quality of the rooms seems to be very different.
in the room we first got, bed was tiny and mattress so old that you could feel every spring. we slept for about two hours. room somehow did not seem clean, although i cannot say for sure what did not seem clean to me. bathroom was also much too small. water pressure in the shower was so weak that one did not even get really wet. Breakfast was less than simple, coffee was terrible.

The location was excellent right next to the tube station. The staff were helpful.
The breakfast could have been better as the food was poor.

It is centrally located, you have an open-air parking lot at your fingertips, you have ATMs, food stores and restaurants of all kinds, supermarkets and cafeterias nearby that are very cheap and welcoming.
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, it was under construction and there was no warning, a small elevator to take more than two people with luggage upstairs (not to mention the slow pace of the up and down movement due to the construction work, and I was staying on the 5th floor). The floor of the room was carpeted and was a little dirty (stains), super small bathroom, sitting on the toilet and have a sink in the neck, shower tray a little small, the four nights we slept on the mattress, I take the springs attached to the back . The cleaning service just empties the trash and "makes" your bed. The buffet was scarce but it had the essential and essential for breakfast, the bad thing is that if you go down to have breakfast at rush hour, you have to queue to sit and wait for the boy to recharge (which he does without any bonus) and have breakfast . The buffet had, two types of juice, coffee powder, bread rolls, otherwise when it was finished put bimbo bread, the only bakery that put were 4 or 4 white croissants in the same basket of bread scrambled. It had butter and two types of jam, infusions, cocoa, and natural yogurt, three types of cereals, and English breakfast only French omelette and beans, and sausage only turkey and cheese. This is not much, but it is enough for a breakfast.

The location was good and very close to a metro station so no need to take the car into downtown Lisbon. Also very close to the airport (which is why we chose it). Only downside was parking and the busy surrounding roads, making our arrival rather stressful as we had no idea where to leave the car to unload our bags and check in. Reception staff were helpful, especially in providing maps and giving advice on parking close to the hotel.
Only one small complaint was that the reception area was very small, and got crowded very easily - so both checking in and checking out took too much time as the one receptionist was very busy.

Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and available with cell phone and bathroom, for instance. It offered us favourable location near a metro station.

Staff were generally helpful.
Very minor points - no breakfast room service one morning because the instructions had not been removed from door handle during the night. Simply ate elsewhere. Shower head tended to spray whole bathroom with water.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and spoke great English. They suggested a nice bakery nearby and even helped me find a taxi to share with another traveler going to the airport. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the Areeiro Metro station and the airport. the beds had warm blankets and the bathroom was modern with a bidet. the breakfast, although simple, had fresh and tasty bread.
Felt good, nothing too much trouble.
